In this episode Im delighted to bring back onto the podcast the iconic and renowned hairdresser known for her sustainable and artistic approach, Anne Veck.

Anne is back on the show to update us on her new happenings and she reveals her insights on managing thoughts and cultivating a positive mindset, highlighting the importance of challenging negative beliefs and not comparing ourselves to others

We explore the concept of self-talk and how it plays a significant role in our mental well-being and overall life satisfaction. Anne shares her personal journey of challenging self-limiting beliefs and replacing them with more positive and supportive thoughts. We discuss the importance of processing our thoughts in a way that empowers us rather than holds us back and surrounding ourselves with people who are strong where we are weak.

We wrap up the episode by sharing our personal experiences and giving ourselves credit where it’s due, without undermining our own achievements. Anne emphasises the value of treating your job seriously, putting in time and effort, and staying humble.
