Joanne Doward has dedicated three decades to educating aspiring hairdressers at West Suffolk College.

She currently enhances the educational experience as a Teaching Advanced Practitioner, delivering WSUK methodology. Her roles extend to Course Director for the Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Hairdressing and Deputy Chair of the Southern Region AHT. Recognised for her creative and commercial innovation, Joanne was a finalist for the Trevor Sorbie Award in 2023.
