Meaningful connections can offer support and guidance amongst your peers.

This is why the rise of Facebook Group communities are playing a huge role for many of us right now. In todays episode you’ll be learning why belonging to such communities can offer you these things as well a providing the opportunity to shine within them. Joining me for this conversation is Andrew Dunne, one the worlds most respected hair colourists, creator and admin of the Facebook Group ‘Wella Professionals Global Hair Community‘.

To celebrate over thirty thousand members, I was invited by Andrew to record todays podcast in a Facebook Live on the Wella Professionals Global Facebook Hair Community group page. That’s what you are all about to hear today.

Andrew’s mantra for his Facebook Group is, ‘pay it forward’. Championing the everyday hairdressers behind the chair, Andrew shares why the community is so special by repaying kindness and heartfelt support to all of it’s members. Its one that I know you are all going to love.
