On International Women’s Day 2021, Karrie founded KIT.STUDIOS; a hybrid consultancy that provides insight, connection and strategy for the hair industry on a global scale. Pioneering a fresh vision that combines Karrrie’s experience of mentorship and coaching with the emotional intelligence required, Karrie has created a progressive agency built on producing positive growth in the world of hair.

Inquisitive and not afraid to tackle issues affecting the industry, KIT STUDIOS offers a bold, editorial approach to agency life.

A hairdresser herself, Karrie Fitz left Ireland for a London salon group before making the switch from salon to manufacturer. She headed up educational courses from colour to social media management, and another geographical move lead Karrie to Germany.

On return to London, she began working with The Body Shop. As Global Content Producer, she produced shoots, as well as worked on the brand’s rejuvenation strategy and website launch. Big names and industry insiders started to pay attention, and Karrie began gaining her own clients.
